Passports for children under 18 years of age

• 1 application forms duly completed and signed. The declaration of consent on page 3 MUST be completed and signed by both parents.
• 1 copy of the parent's marriage certificate - if it is the child's first passport. The child's old passport and one photocopy of the data page of the passport - if one has been issued already.
• 1 copy of the Danish parent's passport - if both parents are Danish then 1 copy of both parents' passports.
• 1 passport photo 
• Please note that we only accepts cash, Egyptian Pounds.
• It is always a requirement that the child is present upon application for us to verify the identity. As soon as the child is able to write his/her own name, it will be required to do so and the signature will be printed in the new passport. If the old passport has been lost or stolen this must be reported to the police and a copy of the police rapport translated into English must be enclosed with the application.
